Commercial Project Manager

An established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from contract through closeout. You’ll be the main point of contact for your jobs, working with our field crews, general contractors, suppliers, and office team to keep every project organized, on schedule, and profitable. This is a full-time role for someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives on managing several jobs at once. Projects are located in Rockland County and beyond, and we offer very generous pay for the right candidate.

The role:

• Run multiple commercial projects at the same time
• Read plans and specs to plan the work and spot problems early
• Keep every job on schedule and on budget
• Coordinate crews, GCs, suppliers, and the office
• Track costs, change orders, and progress

Requirements:

• 4+ years managing commercial construction projects
• Experience running multiple jobs at the same time
• Strong plan-reading skills
• Energetic, focused, with solid follow-through

Preferred:

• Mechanical or HVAC project experience
• Experience as a PM for a trade subcontractor
