Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Growth Analysis

Conduct market research and assess opportunities for expansion

Evaluate partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and referral sources

Analyze reimbursement structures, regulatory trends, and industry developments

Regulatory & Compliance Research

Research licensing, enrollment, accreditation, and compliance requirements across various markets

Review and interpret regulations, policies, and operational guidelines

Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and compliance

Reporting & Strategic Support

Gather, organize, and present research findings to leadership teams

Develop reports, recommendations, and implementation plans for new initiatives

Collaborate with operations and leadership to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex information

Background in healthcare, compliance, operations, business analysis, or research preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and research tools
