Job description
Requirements
What You'll Own:
Planning, reporting & analysis
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis, built on integrated multi-entity three-statement models.
Own reporting for executive leadership, the Board, investors, and lenders, including monthly and quarterly packages, KPI dashboards, and presentations.
Partner with the Controller to keep reporting accurate, aligned with accounting results, and delivered on time.
Analyze budget-to-actual variances, revenue trends, profitability, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV.
Turn results into clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
Strategic finance & business partnership
Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team on financial and operational decisions.
Evaluate growth opportunities, pricing strategies, investments, resource allocation, and operational improvement initiatives.
Support M&A activities, including cross-border transactions, financial due diligence, transaction modeling, and integration planning.
Partner with functional leaders to establish financial targets, evaluate performance, and drive accountability.
Work with leaders and HR on cross-border considerations, including transfer pricing, local statutory requirements, and workforce cost modeling across employees and contractors.
Cash flow, treasury & debt compliance
Own the 13-week cash flow forecast, including liquidity planning, working capital analysis, and cash management reporting.
Partner with the CFO and Controller on treasury activities, including cash positioning, banking relationships, and debt management.
Manage debt covenant compliance, including calculations, forecasting, lender reporting, and proactive identification of potential risks.
Financial systems & automation
Lead the evaluation, rollout, and optimization of FP&A, ERP, reporting, and BI tools that support multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation.
Use AI and automation to sharpen forecasting, reporting, and analysis, and to remove manual work.
Partner cross-functionally to improve data integrity, streamline financial processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Who We're Looking For:
You are a finance leader who goes well beyond reporting. You are curious, commercially minded, and excited by technology, with a global perspective and experience supporting a multi-country business. You challenge assumptions, spot opportunities, and influence decisions. You are just as comfortable building a complex model as you are presenting to the executive team or partnering with colleagues across regions.
You bring:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software business.
A proven track record building and maintaining integrated three-statement financial models.
Experience supporting a global, multi-country business.
Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
Experience preparing reporting and presentations for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning or reporting tools.
Advanced Excel skills, sharp analytical thinking, and excellent communication and partnership skills.
Nice-To-Haves:
An MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
Experience implementing financial systems, reporting tools, or AI-powered automation.
Experience with treasury management, debt covenant compliance, and lender reporting.
Exposure to M&A, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
Experience leading and developing FP&A team members, ideally across time zones.
What We Offer:
Remote-first work environment.
Generous medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
Company-paid life and disability insurance.
401(k) retirement plan available.
Paid parental leave.
Flexible vacation policy: take the time you need, when you need it.
Company-provided work equipment.
Opportunities for internal growth and career development.
