Campus Fire Life & Safety Director / Concierge | Manhattan, NY

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting fire and life safety procedures, maintaining a safe and secure campus environment, assisting students, staff, visitors, and guests, and ensuring that all security and safety concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications
Valid NYS Fire Life & Safety Director Certification (F-89 or equivalent) – Required.
Minimum of 2 years of prior Fire Life & Safety Director experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in campus security, security concierge services, or a related security role.
Active New York State Security Guard License.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance, customer service skills, and the ability to interact courteously with diverse populations.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, remain calm under pressure, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Ability to remain on your feet and actively present for the duration of the assigned shift.
