AI Implementation Engineer

We are looking for someone who can use AI and automation to make everyday business processes faster and easier. You'll work with different teams to understand their challenges, build practical solutions, and improve our internal AI assistant.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting with new technology, writing code, and finding better ways to get things done.

Responsibilities

- Identify repetitive tasks across departments and build automations to reduce manual work.

- Develop AI-powered tools and workflows for operations, e-commerce, finance, purchasing, and support.

- Improve our internal AI assistant by adding new features and connecting it to business systems.

- Integrate platforms such as Microsoft 365, Shopify, Magento, SellerCloud, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay using APIs.

- Build AI agents that can interact with business systems and carry out tasks.

- Develop AI-powered search and knowledge tools using company documents and internal data.

- Create dashboards, reports, and simple data pipelines where needed.

- Test new AI tools, build prototypes, and recommend solutions based on business needs.

- Test, document, and maintain the tools you build, keeping security and reliability in mind.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience building AI tools or automations using OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs.

- Experience automating manual processes using code, AI agents, or automation platforms.

- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and integrations.

- Experience working with APIs, authentication, webhooks, and third-party applications.

- Ability to troubleshoot problems and take a solution from idea to implementation.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

- A self-driven approach and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data pipelines.

- Experience with RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered knowledge systems.

- Familiarity with AI agents, tool calling, or MCP.

- Experience with AWS, containers, or CI/CD.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace APIs.

- Ability to build simple internal tools and dashboards.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in AI development, automation, software development, systems integration, or a similar role.

- Examples of AI tools, automations, or integrations you have built and deployed. Practical experience matters more than job titles or degrees.
