This COO takes full ownership of how the business runs and is expected to bring the vision to modernize it. With profit share on top of base, this role's compensation is tied directly to the growth it drives.

Qualifications

Experience leading day-to-day operations at a senior level

Track record of implementing new technology within an organization

Proven ability to manage teams and scale operations

Visionary leader comfortable owning a growing business's operations
