Senior Specialist, Site Reliability Engineer

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Develop and maintain automation and internal tools using Python and Java.
Integrate automation and operational workflows with ServiceNow (SNOW).
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational processes.
Support infrastructure capacity monitoring, forecasting, and rightsizing.
Work with Linux, APIs, cloud and container technologies.
Assist with Kubernetes/Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
Support monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
Collaborate with SRE, application, infrastructure, and platform teams.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 1-2 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Hands-on programming experience with Python and/or Java, with willingness to work with both.
Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or integrating applications/automation with ServiceNow.
Good understanding of Linux/Unix and scripting.
Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
Exposure to cloud, containers, or infrastructure automation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop deeper SRE, automation, and reliability engineering skills.
