·       Identify legal and business risks and recommend pragmatic solutions that balance risk management with business objectives.

·       Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including those relevant to food retail, e-commerce, consumer protection, and related business activities.

·       Contribute to the Company's data governance and information management initiatives, including contractual data protection obligations and related compliance requirements.

·       Manage corporate governance matters, including entity maintenance and corporate records.

·       Conduct legal research and analysis and monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the business.

·       Participate in strategic transactions, commercial initiatives, partnerships, and other special projects.

·       Preferably In-house experience.

·       Excellent legal research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

·       Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders and provide practical, business-oriented advice.

·       Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

·       Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience advising on regulatory compliance, data governance, privacy, or related matters is a plus.
