CFO / Controller

Growing Payroll/HCM company seeking a strong, hands-on finance leader to oversee and build out its financial operations, improve profitability, strengthen controls, and drive operational improvements.

Ideal candidate has extensive financial leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop systems, lead teams, and work closely with ownership on strategic decisions.

Open to experienced Controllers, Finance Directors, and other senior finance professionals ready to take on a larger executive role.

Payroll/HCM industry experience is a strong plus but not required.

Compensation: $200K+ base, with total package potential of $350K+ including performance incentives and benefits.
