- Lead the clinical operations team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a healthcare executive role preferred.
