Client Success Specialist

ECS Pooled Trust is a growing Brooklyn company looking for a warm, reliable Client Success Specialist. You'll make sure our clients and their families feel taken care of, and help with whatever they need once their account is set up.

What you'll do
- Be the friendly voice our clients and their families count on, by phone and email
- Help them with their bills, their card, and their account
- Enter client bills into our system and order client cards
- Keep their account details up to date
- Follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep things organized behind the scenes (admin and data entry)

What we're looking for
- Great with people, someone who really gets them and makes them feel looked after
- Warm, patient and easy to talk to, with great phone manners
- Reliable and punctual, so people can count on you
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable on a computer
- Office experience is a plus; bilingual is a plus
- We're happy to train the right person

Pay & schedule
- $50K-60K/year, depending on experience (about $27-33/hr)
- Mon-Thu 9-5, Fri 9-12 (Fri 9-1 in the summer)
- Paid time off + paid Yom Tov
- Full-time, on-site in a small, calm office
