Financial Controller

Location: Lower Hudson Valley / Manhattan Area
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office; Fridays Remote
Salary: $200,000+ plus benefits

Position Overview

A large, established healthcare organization is seeking a sharp, highly capable Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations and support continued growth. This is a fast-paced environment requiring a quick thinker who can process information rapidly, make sound decisions, and manage complex financial matters with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Lead financial planning and strategy to support organizational growth and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Manage financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial systems, and internal processes.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics, budgets, and performance reports.
• Partner with senior leadership on business decisions, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience within the healthcare industry is required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and industry-specific financial challenges.
• Sharp, analytical thinker who processes information quickly and makes sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
