Project Manager

A growing renovation company in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage contractors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee renovation projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, materials, and project updates while addressing issues as they arise.
