Problem-Solving Skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving capabilities to strategically tackle ambiguous business questions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication & Influence. Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into simple, compelling narratives, and comfort engaging and influencing senior executives up to the Vice President level and beyond.
Collaboration & Autonomy. A high degree of initiative, autonomy, and optimism, with proven success in building collaborative cross-functional partnerships across an organization.
