Vertical Sales Executive – Life Sciences (Building Automation)

As the Vertical Sales Executive – Life Sciences (Building Automation), you are responsible for driving growth of Siemens’ building automation, digital controls, and energy solutions across Life Sciences facilities that demand precision, uptime, and compliance.

You bring deep Life Sciences domain knowledge together with automation and digital expertise to help customers optimize validated environments, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives.

As the Vertical Sales Executive – Life Sciences (Building Automation), you will:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automation and digital opportunities
Lead consultative discovery focused on GMP operations, validation readiness, and lifecycle performance
Position Siemens automation solutions to support uptime, quality, and sustainability goals
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, facilities, and executive stakeholders
Expand digital and energy services within existing customer portfolios
Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
Utilize AI enabled tools to refine sales strategies and improve success rates

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience selling building automation, controls, or digital building solutions
Proven success selling complex technical solutions in regulated environments
Strong financial acumen and ability to sell value‑based solutions
Experience leading technical presentations and discovery workshops
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Life Sciences facilities, GMP environments, or validated systems
Knowledge of digital building platforms, analytics, and energy optimization
