Job description

Description
Oligo is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup transforming how organizations protect their applications, cloud environments, and AI systems at runtime. Backed by top-tier investors including Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, Lightspeed, Ballistic Ventures, and TLV Partners, we're on a mission to make real-time security a reality.

Oligo's industry's leading runtime security platform built to stop attacks in real time without stopping the business. We transform security from passive visibility to active protection across applications, cloud services, workloads, and AI systems. By uncovering the deepest layers of what actually runs in production, Oligo helps organizations prioritize exploitable vulnerabilities, detect malicious behavior as it happens, and stop modern attacks in their tracks.

We're looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own Oligo’s story end to end- from market positioning and differentiation across our product lines (runtime protection/ADR, AI security, and runtime vulnerability management) to equipping our GTM teams to win.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead a small team while staying close to the work: crafting messaging, building launch plans, and presenting to customers and sellers.

Product Marketing sits within Product Management at Oligo. You'll partner daily with PMs on roadmap and launches, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership on pipeline generation and enablement. You'll connect what we build with how the market understands its value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Function

Own positioning, messaging, and narrative across Oligo’s product lines, ensuring consistency as the product evolves.
Define the product marketing roadmap and priorities, aligned with product development and GTM goals.
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of product marketers.
Represent Product Marketing in cross-functional planning, bringing market insights and competitive intelligence into roadmap decisions.
Drive Execution

Product launches & campaigns: Lead end-to-end GTM for new products and features, from positioning and messaging to launch plans, sales enablement, and integrated campaigns.
Market & competitive intelligence: Track competitors across ADR, CNAPP, EDR, AppSec, and AI security, translating insights into positioning and product recommendations.
GTM enablement: Equip Sales, SEs, and partners with the training and tools they need to win, including battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, demo narratives, and ROI models.
Content & storytelling: Create product-led content across blogs, product tours, videos, launch assets, conferences, and analyst materials, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.

Requirements
Qualifications

6+ years of Product Marketing experience in cybersecurity, including 2+ years leading or mentoring product marketers. Runtime security experience is a plus.
Proven track record of launching technical software products and driving adoption of new capabilities.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage with engineers and security practitioners, understand detection architectures, and translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex technical products compelling and relevant to buyers.
Strong understanding of enterprise software buyer journeys and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
Creative, energetic, and collaborative, with the ability to influence without authority and thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-growing company.

Nice to Have

Experience in runtime protection, application security, cloud security, or detection and response (ADR, CNAPP, EDR, WAF).
Experience working at a company defining or entering a new market category.
