Working closely with other Organizational Change Management Leaders, Process Improvement, Business Process Owners, Product Owners, Technology Teams, project teams, senior leadership, marketing, and implementation partners, you will ensure employees are prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working through scalable, role-based enablement aligned to deployment waves. This role combines change and enablement leadership, project management, content governance, and resource management to support holistic, consistent transformation across our global organization, with potential for focus on specific areas or portion of the change lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Change Management Manager, you will be a member of AVI-SPL’s Business Transformation team and lead a team of Change Management and/or Enablement Leads responsible for enterprise change, learning readiness, and enablement delivery. You will develop and implement strategies and plans that increase the velocity of change, minimize resistance, and maximize employee enablement, adoption and productivity.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Lead change management and enablement workstreams for enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, developing integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts aligned to deployment waves and releases.
Design comprehensive change and enablement strategies tailored to specific initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, holistic communication plans, readiness plans, training plans, adoption metrics and activities, and resistance mitigation.
Act as a change agent who promotes continuous improvement and innovation, supports employees in adopting new ways of working, and models the behaviors and values associated with change.
Actively advocate for change by communicating the vision, benefits, goals, and progress of initiatives; foster open feedback, address concerns, and build enthusiasm and support across the organization.
Partner with project teams including OCM, Process Improvement, Business Process Owners, Product Owners, Human Resources, Technology Teams, senior leaders, marketing, regional and office leaders, and implementation partners to integrate change and learning activities into project plans and drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in while fostering an environment of open feedback, listening to and addressing concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the change process. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees and regional/office leaders, to act as a liaison between change leadership and employees.
Monitor readiness risks, learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, time-to-proficiency, and stakeholder feedback; use performance and adoption data to recommend mitigation actions and continuously improve outcomes.
Establish and implement content quality, governance, and lifecycle standards to ensure enablement materials remain accurate, current, consistent, deployment-ready, and aligned to business processes and project timelines.
Translate business processes and systems into scalable, role-based enablement and change management solutions and oversee the development and delivery of general awareness communications, eLearning, videos, job aids, instructor-led training, simulations, train-the-trainer programs, and performance support materials.
Leverage AI-enabled tools – and partner with Human Resources as needed – to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of learning and content development.
Provide daily management, thought leadership, and guidance to AVI-SPL’s Change Management Leads, instructional designers, content developers, contractors, and related vendors, including forecasting needs and managing capacity.
Manage the performance and development of direct reports through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability for results.
Assign work, monitor delivery schedules and capacity, maintain quality expectations while driving efficiencies, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on contribution.
Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, adapting to evolving priorities and objectives.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
