Salary: $70k-$80k DoE
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented person to handle order routing and shipping for our wholesale company. The ideal candidate has experience with EDI, retailer shipping requirements, and coordinating wholesale orders. Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented person to handle order routing and shipping for our wholesale company. The ideal candidate has experience with EDI, retailer shipping requirements, and coordinating wholesale orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Process wholesale orders and arrange shipments according to customer routing instructions.
- Work with EDI orders, advance ship notices (ASNs), and shipping documents.
- Follow retailer requirements for labeling, packaging, delivery appointments, and shipping deadlines.
- Schedule pickups with carriers and freight companies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service staff to resolve shipping issues.
- Track shipments, maintain accurate records, and help prevent shipping errors and chargebacks.
- Previous experience in wholesale shipping, order routing, or logistics.
- Familiarity with EDI systems and retailer routing guides.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, with experience in order management software preferred.
