Position Overview

An established law firm is seeking qualified Associate Attorneys to join its legal team through lateral hiring.

The firm is interested in experienced attorneys from the Class of 2023 or earlier who are looking to advance their legal careers in a professional and collaborative environment.

Candidates will have the opportunity to meet with current attorneys as part of the initial screening and evaluation process.

Please note: This position is intended for experienced attorneys. Recent law school graduates are not being considered at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal research, analysis, and drafting assignments.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, agreements, motions, and correspondence as applicable.

• Assist with managing client matters and ongoing legal projects.

• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other parties.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on legal matters.

• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

• Provide thoughtful legal analysis and practical recommendations.

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school required.

• Law school graduating Class of 2023 or earlier.

• Prior experience practicing law in a law firm or comparable legal environment.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage assignments independently and collaborate with other attorneys.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Professional judgment and commitment to high-quality legal work.

• Appropriate bar admission or eligibility for admission, depending on the firm's requirements.
