About the Role:

Inventory Solutions Plus is seeking a dependable person to provide backup support for the online systems our team uses each day.

What You Would Do:

Help staff with account access and basic technical issues.

Step in to manage accounts and settings when needed.

Become familiar with Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, Verizon, ActivTrak, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience with business software and a practical approach to troubleshooting.

Sound judgment when handling confidential information.

Familiarity with some of the listed systems is helpful. You should be comfortable learning others independently using online guides and resources.
