Seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee building operations, maintenance staff, safety, and regulatory compliance at a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting

• Knowledge of Life Safety Code and skilled nursing facility regulations

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• F-01 certification preferred, or ability to obtain

• Available for on-call emergencies as needed
