They are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager who is not only proficient in managing construction projects but also skilled in administrative tasks and eager to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to discuss and plan projects.

• Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and ensuring all regulatory compliance paperwork is completed.

• Meetings: Schedule, lead, and document meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Communication: Draft and respond to emails, prepare reports, and present project updates to stakeholders.

• Learning & Development: Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
