Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and support quality resident care in a nursing home.

Requirements :

• Current NY State RN license

• RN Unit Manager experience in a nursing home required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and clinical teams
