Job description

About The Role

We are seeking a mission-driven, collaborative Technology Project Manager to support FIDF’s rapid digital transformation and operational growth. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will serve as a key thought partner and “right hand,” helping to shape technology priorities and deliver impactful solutions across the organization.

This hybrid position blends strategic project oversight with hands-on business analysis. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in fundraising, finance, marketing, and operations to implement user-focused solutions that optimize our systems, workflows, and digital experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, service-oriented professional to help establish and scale project management practices, improving operational efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, acting as a trusted liaison between technology and business stakeholders.

Champion standardized project management practices, tools, templates, and documentation across the organization.
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Support change management and user adoption strategies for new systems and enhancements.

Business Analysis (30%)

Partner with internal stakeholders to gather and document business needs and functional requirements.
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement or automation.
Translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications for developers and vendors.

Strong understanding of major enterprise platforms and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, digital engagement, reporting tools).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday, Microsoft Project, or similar).
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Empathetic, collaborative leadership style with a growth mindset.
Highly responsive, service-oriented approach to internal stakeholder management.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Experience working in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
