Responsibilities

Assists with asset management of existing bridge loans by reviewing property financial statements, rent rolls, and business plan progress against underwriting assumptions. Updates asset summaries and communicates material variances or emerging credit concerns to senior team members.
Prepares credit committee presentations, asset reports, and responses to investor and corporate inquiries. Supports secondary capital markets transactions by compiling and reviewing loan information and coordinating transaction diligence and investor requests.
Monitors developments in commercial real estate and real estate capital markets nationwide. Evaluates and shares information relevant to property values, underwriting assumptions, and loan repayment prospects.
