This is an externally facing role with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue growth.

Serve as Leap’s subject matter expert on consultant and broker dynamics and digital health innovation.
Go-to-market and growth
Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that expand market penetration through consultant channels.
Own consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue results, tracking performance in Salesforce.
Prepare strategic updates on pipeline and results for business reviews.
Partnerships and contracting
Work with Legal and Sales to structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements.
Cross-functional alignment
Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Client Success so consultant engagement and delivery run smoothly.
Bring consultant and market feedback back to Product and Sales to shape positioning and roadmap priorities.
What You Bring
3-5+ years of experience in consultant or broker relations, channel or partnership sales, or a related benefits-industry role
Track record of driving revenue or pipeline growth through consultant or broker channels
Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy alongside Sales and Marketing
Ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple partnerships at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willingness to travel up to 40%
