• Monday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid New York State dental license.
