## Position Overview

We are seeking a capable, AI-driven developer who can design, build, and deliver practical digital solutions that improve business processes and user experiences.

This role is responsible for developing full stack applications from concept through deployment, using modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fundamentals, product judgment, and attention to design while collaborating with business teams to turn ideas into reliable, user-friendly solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications and internal tools.

- Translate business needs and loosely defined requirements into practical, effective software solutions.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, testing, and delivery.

- Build and integrate user interfaces, application programming interfaces (APIs), databases, authentication systems, and third-party services.

- Develop polished, intuitive user experiences with strong attention to functionality, usability, and visual design.

- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through deployment, ongoing improvements, and production support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical team members to communicate progress, evaluate solutions, and resolve challenges.

## Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver functional applications, products, or internal tools through professional projects, internships, or a strong portfolio.

- Working knowledge of front-end and back-end development, including modern frameworks, APIs, and databases.

- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to use them effectively throughout the development process.

- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve code, including code generated by AI tools.

- Strong understanding of user experience principles, with attention to clean interfaces and intuitive functionality.

- Strong problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently while remaining open to guidance and feedback.

- Clear communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and project requirements.
