Medicaid Representative - Salary: $50K-$60K + Commission

Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn (in-person) - Shuttle from Crown Heights provided

Help patients get Medicaid so they can start getting care at home. You’ll build relationships with patients and families, guide them through every step of the process, and make sure no case gets stuck along the way. From the first application to keeping their Medicaid active, you’ll be their main contact until it’s done.

What you’ll be doing:

• Help patients apply for Medicaid and collect their papers
• Fix problems that stop patients from getting care
• Help patients keep their Medicaid active
• Call patients and families to check on their cases
• Work with our partners to keep every case moving

We’re looking for someone who is organized, and good at following up, with excellent communication.
