What you'll do

• Take ownership of New York property management operations and team performance.
• Lead rent collection, eviction processes, HPD matters, and regulatory compliance with a clear understanding of New York requirements.
• Build the systems, people, and accountability needed to manage a growing portfolio well.
• Address operational problems directly and keep properties and teams moving.
• Work with ownership to grow the property management business while protecting operating standards.
