Compensation: $400,000 base + equity for the right candidate

About the role

You know how to run nursing homes. You know the people, the operations, and where the opportunities are. Now you want to build something of your own without having to raise all the capital yourself.

A business backed by a large, well-capitalized company is looking for an experienced nursing home operator to build and grow its nursing home platform. This is a partnership-minded role: bring your operating experience and industry relationships, work alongside a capital partner, and share in the equity of the business you help build.

What you'll do

• Use established nursing home relationships to identify acquisition opportunities.
• Assess prospective acquisitions with a practical understanding of how the facilities operate.
• Lead the management and operating strategy of the growing business.
• Build relationships and an operating team that can support further acquisitions and growth.
• Work closely with the capital partner on business decisions and long-term direction.

Who we're looking for

An accomplished nursing home operator with deep industry connections and hands-on operating knowledge. You have the judgment to recognize a good opportunity and the ability to make the business work after the acquisition.
