About the Role:
Inventory Solutions Plus is seeking a dependable person to provide backup support for the online systems our team uses each day.
What You Would Do:
- Help staff with account access and basic technical issues.
- Step in to manage accounts and settings when needed.
- Become familiar with Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, Verizon, ActivTrak, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with business software and a practical approach to troubleshooting.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with some of the listed systems is helpful. You should be comfortable learning others independently using online guides and resources.
