We are seeking a dedicated, full-time recruiter who is passionate about building relationships, networking, and connecting qualified candidates with the right opportunities.

*Responsibilities:*
Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate outreach through successful placement.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Develop and expand networking opportunities to generate new connections and referrals.
Utilize our existing candidate database and provided leads to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and clients.
