Store Manager

A retail hosiery boutique is looking for a responsible and capable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations

Recruit and hire staff as needed to ensure the store is properly staffed

Manage and schedule store employees

Train, supervise, and support staff

Assist customers and provide excellent customer service

Keep the store organized, stocked, and presentable

Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking

Handle customer questions and concerns

Oversee opening and closing procedures

Make sure day-to-day tasks are completed and the store runs smoothly

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred

Management experience is a plus

Responsible, dependable, and organized

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable hiring, managing, and directing staff

Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed

Able to take ownership and work independently

Looking for someone personable, capable, and reliable who can take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store.
