Real Estate Development Manager

A successful company is seeking an experienced Development Manager to own the pre-construction and development process across its portfolio, coordinating ownership, contractors, architects, engineers, lenders, and insurance brokers to keep every project moving. Responsibilities include managing development and pre-construction from setup through construction; overseeing timelines, budgets, permitting, and approvals; coordinating GCs, architects, engineers, and consultants; handling insurance applications, binding, and renewals; managing lender draws, documentation, and reporting; keeping ownership updated on major decisions and priorities; and holding all parties accountable for deadlines. Requirements: strong project management and ownership mentality; highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented; able to manage multiple projects and professionals at once; real estate development, construction, or project management background preferred.
