Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

The Senior IT Business Analyst will support enterprise business transformation and automation across Finance, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will document how processes work today, redesign them to a common standard, and deliver automation in partnership with our implementation vendors. The role also supports organizational change and the integration of acquired businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions with Finance, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition process owners to document current-state processes, business rules, exceptions, volumes and effort.
Analyze processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities and build supporting business cases.
Facilitate future-state design and drive standardization where business units operate differently today.
Support organizational changes and the integration of acquired businesses, including the process and system changes each requires.
Author functional and technical design documentation to V2X standards.
Partner with implementation and automation vendors through design, build and deployment, maintaining traceability from requirement through testing.
Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and support cutover and post-deployment support.
Configure and test automation solutions and retain delivery knowledge within V2X.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. (One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required)

Preferred experience supporting business process automation using AI‑powered transactional tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Responsibilities include identifying potential automation opportunities, documenting business requirements and exception scenarios, and collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to test and implement automated solutions.
