Route Salesman / Account Representative - Lakewood

Role Overview: The Route Salesman / Account Representative is responsible for maintaining product displays and driving sales through daily store visits. The primary objective is to ensure all products are fully stocked, well-displayed, and available for customers at all times. Responsibilities: Maintain daily route coverage by visiting scheduled stores in person to review inventory; ensure shelves are stocked, faced, and compliant with company standards; cultivate professional relationships with store management; actively seek opportunities for new product placement; negotiate promotional space in weekly store flyers; hit monthly sales targets; manage invoice collections to ensure timely and full payments. Requirements: Ability to start early, strong relationship-building skills, proficiency in sales and merchandising, and demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals.
