State Director

(Out-of-state travel 2–3 times per month)

ABA Agency seeking organized, proactive State Director to build and oversee operations in the state. This hands-on role combines business development, relationship building with doctors’ offices and referral sources, process development, and team leadership. Ideal candidate has a background in operations, sales, or business management, with strong follow-through, initiative, and the ability to structure their day and execute consistently. Training provided for the right person ready to take ownership and grow with the organization.
