Job description

About The Role
As Network Producer, you'll own a portfolio of small to medium-scale events across the US and help grow PEI's CFO network. You'll work alongside the lead CFO producer and partner closely with the conference, editorial, marketing and sales teams.

This role suits someone who loves building lasting relationships within a member community. Success means members stay engaged all year round, not just on event days, and every event you produce delivers a strong agenda, the right speakers and a full room.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the lead CFO producer to develop and grow the network across the US.
Take full ownership of the production of 4+ events each year.
Collaborate with the conference and editorial teams to develop and deliver compelling, market-leading agendas.
Identify and recruit senior industry speakers who bring expertise, insight and influence to our events.
Keep network members engaged year-round through regular meetings, content and relationship-building that sustain a genuine sense of community.
Make sure members and prospects know about upcoming events, working across marketing and sales channels to turn awareness into registrations.
Partner with the Sponsorship Sales Manager to align the content and commercial objectives of each event.
Innovate with event formats and agenda structures, creating new and engaging approaches for the network.
