Location: BP (Full-Time, All-female environment)
Pay Rate: $40.00 / hour (with room for growth)
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, confident, and highly organized Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and drive our business forward. As a premier tiles company, we take pride in deliverability, quality, and exceptional customer service. We need a strong leader who doesn't just manage tasks—someone who connects with our company vision, leads by example, and actively steps up to streamline operations.
In this role, you will start by taking full command of our office processes, customer communications, and proposal reviews. Within one year, you will step into direct oversight of a team of 7 employees, holding key management responsibilities including weekly 1-on-1 coaching, hiring, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Process Ownership & Quality Control
-
Review and audit every sales and installation proposal for accuracy, margins, and presentation before delivery.
-
Regularly listen to recorded phone calls to ensure excellent customer service, professionalism, and sales standard adherence.
-
Audit all current office workflows and operational processes; identify operational friction and implement efficient solutions.
-
Maintain complete order and structure across the office, ensuring a clean, productive, and well-managed workplace.
Leadership & Team Management
-
Lead with a proactive, growth-focused mindset aligned with the company’s vision and long-term goals.
-
Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with each employee to discuss performance, review progress, and provide constructive feedback.
-
Directly supervise and mentor team members (scaling up to oversee a team of 7 employees within the first year).
-
Take over full lifecycle HR duties over time: talent acquisition, structured training, and performance-based terminations when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Experience: Proven experience in office management, operational leadership, or administrative management.
-
Leadership Mindset: Self-driven and capable of holding team members accountable while inspiring growth.
-
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing proposals, contracts, and internal documentation.
-
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with high standards for customer-facing professional interactions.
-
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and a habit of staying "on top of your game" in a fast-paced environment.
