Store Manager

 

A retail hosiery boutique is looking for a responsible and capable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations
• Recruit and hire staff as needed to ensure the store is properly staffed
• Manage and schedule store employees
• Train, supervise, and support staff
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and presentable
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
• Handle customer questions and concerns
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Make sure day-to-day tasks are completed and the store runs smoothly

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Management experience is a plus
• Responsible, dependable, and organized
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable hiring, managing, and directing staff
• Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
• Able to take ownership and work independently
