Director of Operations

A growing company is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a core operational function within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of operational leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead managers, drive accountability, improve performance, and oversee safety, quality, delivery, costs, and productivity. Strong financial acumen, experience with lean/continuous improvement, workforce planning, and the ability to analyze data and proactively solve operational issues are essential. 

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven leadership role for someone who can develop teams, improve processes, manage risk, and help drive the company’s continued growth.
