Financial District, Lower Manhattan | In-office 4 days per week I’m working on an exciting search for a Vice President, Human Resources with a well-established and growing healthcare organization of approximately 300 employees, based in the Financial District in Lower Manhattan. This is a senior HR leadership opportunity with an in-office requirement of four days per week, so I'd especially appreciate you sharing it with experienced HR leaders in your networks across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City/Queens, Jersey City, Hoboken, Staten Island, Westchester, and other areas with a convenient commute into Lower Manhattan. The organization specializes in healthcare payment integrity and clinical review solutions, partnering with health plans and other healthcare payers nationwide to improve claims accuracy, reduce unnecessary healthcare spending, and identify opportunities for cost savings. The VP of Human Resources will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership and have broad responsibility across employee relations, performance management, compensation, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, HR technology, and organizational effectiveness. We're looking for an accomplished HR leader who can operate strategically while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves and driving execution.
