Visitor Services Representative at Sharon Memorial Park

Sharon and Knollwood Memorial Parks seek a Visitor Services Representative to be the first point of contact for families and visitors, offering compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism in every interaction. The role reports to the Visitor Services Manager. Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors, answer questions, and locate grave sites using the interment database • Meet incoming funerals, verify permits and paperwork, and escort processions to the grave • Help direct cemetery traffic for funerals, services, and special events • Prepare the daily interment and unveiling board and marketing/unveiling packets • Handle administrative work, including mailings, phones, and data entry Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; fluent written and spoken English • Prior office experience and basic computer skills • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle • Excellent customer service and composure in difficult situations • Able to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 30 lbs **Pay:** $20-$22 per hour (non-exempt)
