Controller – Healthcare Remote $150,000 – $175,000 Base + Bonus Company & Position Overview Established ABA healthcare organization is seeking a Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with the CFO, focused on managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financials, and building structure across reporting and processes. The Ideal Candidate Strong background in accounting in healthcare Hands-on operator who can manage and execute Detail-oriented with strong financial oversight Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems Understands how finance supports operations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting Manage month-end and year-end close Supervise accounting staff and ensure team performance Maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Improve processes, controls, and reporting systems Qualifications (Must-Haves) Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager experience Healthcare industry experience required Experience managing a team Why Apply Established and stable organization Strong leadership exposure Opportunity to own and improve the finance function Competitive compensation + bonus Remote flexibility Email resumes to [email protected]
