Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, confident, and highly organized Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to drive our candidate acquisition and provider network growth. In this role, you will serve as the energetic face of our agency—heading out to college campuses, engaging prospective candidates, conducting in-office interviews, and managing relationships with local educational institutions.

Your primary mission will be sourcing top-tier providers, streamlining the onboarding and compliance paperwork, and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline to match our rapid intake speed.

Key Responsibilities

•  Candidate Sourcing & Campus Outreach: Travel to college campuses, career fairs, and community events across Queens and Brooklyn to actively recruit Behavioral Technicians. Set up promotional displays, distribute brochures, and confidently pitch career opportunities to students and potential providers.
• Interviewing & Intake Matching: Conduct thorough in-person interviews at our Queens and Williamsburg offices to evaluate candidate qualifications, reliability, and interpersonal skills. Screen applicants efficiently to ensure they meet the specific needs and high standards of our client intake. Maintain dynamic communication with the intake team to ensure provider recruitment directly matches intake demand and speed.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Collect, review, and verify all required employment paperwork, background checks, credentials, and compliance documents promptly.
