A growing health center in Rockland County, NY is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Department Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role entails overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations of the department, leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient workflows, and creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. Maximize patient flow and provider efficiency while minimizing patient wait times.
