Chief Operating Officer (ABA Billing) Lakewood, NJ $140,000 – $170,000 + Performance-Based Upside Overview A fast-growing healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company specializing in ABA billing is seeking a highly driven Director of Operations to help lead the organization through its next stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious operator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and wants to play a key role in building and scaling a company. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-forward, highly accountable, and excited by the challenge of taking ownership of day-to-day operations while partnering closely with the founder. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day company operations across domestic and international teams Manage and support client-facing account management functions Serve as an escalation point for high-level client relationships and operational issues Build, improve, and document operational systems, processes, and workflows Help scale and manage growing overseas teams Develop training programs, onboarding processes, and performance standards Monitor team productivity, accountability, and operational KPIs Partner with leadership on strategic planning and company growth initiatives Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and operational efficiencies Drive execution across multiple departments while maintaining a strong company culture Qualifications 4+ years of operations, leadership, or management experience Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational execution Strong systems-thinking and process improvement ability Comfortable managing both people and projects simultaneously Tech-savvy with a strong interest in automation and AI tools Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a company Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and accountability Ideal Candidate Forward-thinking and growth-oriented High energy with strong leadership presence Comfortable making decisions and taking initiative Able to earn trust from both leadership and team members Excited by building, scaling, and improving operations rather than maintaining the status quo Looking for a long-term opportunity with meaningful impact and upside Healthcare/ ABA experience preferred Email resumes to [email protected]
