Principal Responsibilities:
Position Overview: The Sports and Recreation Coordinator is responsible for designing and implementing engaging, inclusive, and mission-aligned sports and recreation programs for all ages at the JCC of Greater New Haven. This role includes oversight of the gymnasium, racquetball and pickleball courts, and related storage areas, as well as collaboration with professional instructors to provide high-quality instruction in sports such as basketball and pickleball. The director also plays a key role in year-round summer camp planning, camp leadership building operations, and special event support.Agency Information:
