Director of Arts, Culture, and Education

Principal Responsibilities:

Director of Arts, Culture and Education (ACE) is responsible for the management, oversight and daily operations of the ACE Department. The Director will execute existing Cultural programs and classes, create ideas for new programs and improve upon existing programming.Overall duties will include developing & implementing events such as Book Fest & Author Events, Performing Arts and Bagels & Jazz series, Film series, Community events such as the annual Hanukkah celebration, classes and special events by tracking reservations, payments, maintaining participant lists and other duties as assigned.This will include, but is not limited to, preparing the facility set-up diagrams for departmental programs & special events. with ongoing development in the department. Specific areas of responsibility are included below. This position is 40 hrs/week and reports to the JCC CEO.
